I need some help on writing harmonies....i know a little theory already but i cant find what im looking for. I know i can make cool harmonies by playing a third higher while playing over a solo but theres some wierd harmonies ive heard especially from steve vai. It sounds alot like some old atari game im not sure how to do it. i think there might be an example in The attitude song and for the love of god(Steve Vai). I think ive also heard something similar in Revolution is my name(pantera). Please help me! I know one of you knows what im talking about.....
