For a start I would the use the the foundational beginners lessons, they are quick and you can skip if you know that stuff. I have been playing for a while but found them good as the explain the theory as well as showing what to play.

I would then go through the Rock style lesson plan. It will cover more than you probably need but will give you a real good foundation.

You can look to start learning some Stones tracks, there are loads on the site.
