I guess the problem is, you have a great list of songs that evoke emotions, but someone else might have a totally different list. It's hard to keep everyone happy!
There might be technical or licencing issues with certain songs as well.

Yes, very true. A song I would have at the top of my "songs that evoke emotion" list would be Comfortably Numb. Based on the OP's list, I suspect that wouldn't be on their list :).
