[p]It's mostly just repetitious practice that will get you there. :)[br][br]davem_or had some great ideas that could help you ramp up to the full chord, using a capo, or not worrying about the D string note at first.

It's also possible that you just need more strength & dexterity in your pinky. I've got some exercises aimed right at that problem.
