Any advice on getting the pinky finger on the B string, 4th fret, to change an E chord to an E7.

I know there is an easy E7, but I want to get this version down pat.

I seems to hurt the pinky finger alot and I can't seem to get all the strings to be free of another finger blunting the sound.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
