He is a fiend. A true maniac to the core. An absolute MADMAN. I saw this guy at least 3 times in the 70's and 80's, and the standout was the time he opened for KISS at Anaheim Stadium, August, 1976. (my first ever concert)
The Motor City Madman climbed to the very top of the "K" of the KISS sign behind the stage, like 80 feet up, in daylight. He then unleashed a typically Psychotic, long-winded solo and had the huge audience mesmerized.
Technically, Nugent is very good, but not "Great" in my opinion. He does what he does very well, because HE is UNCLE TED. Its more of an Image-thing.
