PA-2 has standard 6,3mm (1/4") input and output sockets.

I'm not sure those devices will accomplish what you want. But I'm not clear on what are you trying to do.
If you are trying to change between the effects settings, then no, the ABY unit will not help. In fact I'm not sure that Nux unit has a way to change between effects settings without manually dialing them on the interface.
If you are only trying to switch the effects unit off & on, then you should look for a button to press on the Nux PA-2 unit itself.
If you need to turn it off & on during performance with your foot, then the ABY switch will not help because you'll need to have another unit to "collect" the signal without the pedal in the chain to send it to the amp.
Guitar (Y in) > ABY (A out) > Cable 1 > Nux PA-2 > collection point > amp
[br]From guitar & B out > Cable 2 > collection point > amp
So, yes, but only if you had 2 of those ABY boxes.
Unless you have 2 amps.
Guitar (Y in) > ABY (A out) > Cable 1 > Nux PA-2 > amp 1
[br]From guitar & B out > Cable 2 > amp 2
I think a better option might be to get a unit built with a foot switch.
But if you have to just use the Nux unit you have, then just play through it & dial in a good general sound that you don't need to change while performing. It looks like a unit that is built more for studio or practice than altering settings during performance.
Hope that helps! Have fun with it!
