Yes there are many choices in the used market these days! I really like the Standard but to be honest I haven't played a Classic that I can recall. There are differences in the how the neck feels (thinner vs thicker) and those specs vary from year to year. So my best advice would be, if possible, to try before you buy - play them and see which one feels the most natural to your hands!
