One thing I like doing is having a 1 minute time and a metronome set for 2/4 timing starting at 60 bpm, so i have one beat to move my fingers. I do one minute of all the chord changes in the Guitar fundamentals 1. Once I can nail one change then I up the speed 5 bpm. My goal is to get them all to something like 160 bpm.
