Tone don't come easy...and oft times it don't come cheap either.

I dig Fender...hence the name "fendermonkey"

However...with the stuff you have...and if you're tied to a tight budget...Try messing with all your tone knobs...try and bring your bass and mids out a bid...this may help your tone for now.
