What is plunky, really? I mean maybe it's just you... go to a music store they probably won't help unless you know of a good one. And if you know of a good one tell me, becuz the one i go to people have never even picked up an instrument sometimes and it's quite akward. Like you ask for some free pick and they're like, "what's that". Gah just the thought of those little yuppies running that store makes me ill... but maybe i should stop complaining and go to a new one? Yes.
