Hey, I own an Ibanez grx20x and its my first guitar and I really like the feel of it comapared to some other more expensive guitars I've tryed out but, when I play or record a trick I sound very plunky, if you know what I mean. I am trying my damndest to smooth things out and I love playing so I play all of the time. (started playing about 5 months ago) but it's not going real well in that aspect of my playing. My amp is a peavey transtube 258 which is cheaper but not my budget it isn't, what can I do here? Is it my guitar? would better pickups help? Any suggestions please.
