It takes time to get the fingering correct but you will find that you're technique will develop gradually and you will be fine.

Just take it nice and slow and have fun.

I'm 72 and started learning on an electric guitar three weeks ago. It was difficult with the fingers at first but, three weeks on, the tips of my fingers are hardening up and my fingering has improved greatly.

This site is terrific and I'm glad I signed up for the course.
