It looks like there was an Amazon S3 failure today (see the story here: http://www.latimes.com/business/technology/la-fi-tn-amazon-service-outage-20170228-story.html), which is a service our video player uses to serve the videos. This has been affecting video playback in some geographic areas but not others.

Our tech support team is telling us that the situation is improving and will be back to normal soon, which we think means later today.
