I’m paying 17 USD for half an hour here in Iowa City, that is the going rate for guitar and voice lessons here and I think it is quite good value.
Denmark St is the place in London famous for guitar shops, Its just off Charring cross road and is over whelming ! There are other up in Camden that are also good however Denmark st will probably have anything you want.
