I was having the same problem with my iPad Air 2 but for whatever reason, Jam Tracks worked just fine with my iPhone 4S (Admin told me it was an Apple issue not GT issue). Anyway, I downloaded the GT App to my iPad and it works perfectly there. Hope this helps!
