I feel difficult in learning chapter 6, ask for guidance or tricks:

Dear teachers

I feel it is very difficult in changing the chords to follow the rhythem of songs.

My question is what is the average time of practice needed to get along with the songs? If my time I spent is much longer than the average, it may indicate that the way I practice is not correct, I may need to figure out some way to improve the situation.
