Hello!

I've been on for a week. I know it says I joined in 2014. I probably made an account and that was it but here I am now. I also have a background in music as I played drums in school and trumpet as well. I played bass in my band back in the early 90's.

I awlways messed around with guitar but never got past the point of knowing a few chords and strumming. Now at 43, I want to really know how to play and not just strumming. I want to play lead stuff over time. I started at the very beginning with Lisa. Even though I know all of this stuff already so far, I decided to take the full course and start from scratch. It's a very good site and learning tool. Everything is well explained. Since I have some experience she says something and I'm waiting for her to explain why or what and she does everytime. I'm very impressed so far with this. And I'm happy to see at 71 you decided to get on board. Very impressive! Best of luck to you. And have fun!
