What do you mean by 'co-operate' with other musicians, do you mean like doing collaberations?

And to say its the same song every time might be a little extreme, OK they have got 2 No.1's and a No.2 single using the same chords (the Wonderwall chords) but he uses them well. I agree Oasis will never make any great breakthroughs in music like Hendrix or Van Halen but hes still writing no.1 albums and singles after 10 years.
