The new album is just released, hes making news for himself. He says stuff like this all the time though, hes a musician right, but hes a music fan too and he says what any other music fan says except hes in the public eye.

About the copying the beatles thing, he copies no more than any other band really, he just points it out before anyone else can. I like him, we share the same influences (Beatles, Stones, Neil Young) and he makes music I like. I agree he aint the greatest musician but hes alot better than he gets credit for.
