As has already been said. Trying to learn guitar from YouTube will only lead to frustration.

Guitar Tricks will take you gently through the learning process and will give you all the knowledge and practice you need.

For starters, the Seagull S6 sounds a good beginners intrument. I'm sure if you shop around you would get a good deal.

As far as the pain in your fingers when you start I'm afraid it can't be avoided but with regular practice it doesn't take long to get your finger tips hardened up.
