Personally i could care less if they are more respected, if you get the tone that you want out of one of them but not the other, does it matter which one is more respected?

Last thing I knew you were wanting an american strat.....seems like you're as indecisive as I am.....I hear Page and Slash and I reach for my les paul.....then I hear Hedrix, Blackmore and RHCP and get the squire out, feeling a real desire for a real strat with that great tone.

I dont much care for the respect either, I just wanted to see what you people thought of the rumour about strat players....I'm surprised my thread lasted this long.
