I'm a fanatical guitarist and am looking to buy a final last-a-lifetime-of-ass-kickin' guitar with the following:

7 strings,
Floyd rose double locking trem,
24 frets,
playable neck for a speed freak.

I know Ibanez do some excellent guitars of this type but I'm not made of money, do you know of any other types I should consider? The price range I am considering is up to £800 British Pounds, 1,216.48 USD, 146,208 JPY.
