I had a guitar 40yrs ago but at that time was unable to get access to a teacher and there was no internet then so had a 'teach yourself guitar' book but could not get on with it so the attic gained a guitar! Last year was clearing out the attic and the guitar was about to go either on ebay or to a charity shop. A friend said 'why not get onto the internet and see all the sites that teach guitar' so I did. Found it ok but far too confusing with so many there. Eventually joined guitar tricks and I am slowly getting to grips with the guitar (a new one!). So here I am probably the oldest member of guitar tricks at 84 I am enjoying the challenge!
