What course is this? This does not sound like anything from guitar tricks. iAm sorry you are having trouble with what you purchased. I use this particular learning venue through guitar tricks.com and have had nothing but excellent lessons, responses and can pull up lessons on my IPad or computer anytime of the day, occasionally there was some trouble with my fundamentals one skipping but, since that time has been good.
