In general most Acoustic Guitars have a fixed string height due to the design of their bridges. However, the neck of the Guitar can be adjusted slightly using the Truss Rod, which will impact string height slightly but not along the entire scale length, as the truss rod only controls the "bow" of the neck. That being said, Truss Rod adjustment can go wrong very easily, so I recommend that you let a professional show you how to do it.
But as long as your strings aren't buzzing excessively due to fret contact when plucked open (which would be a sign of "action" being too low) then your Guitar's action is probably fine. Play each fret on each string to make sure the notes are sounding clear.
