I got an e-mail today telling me I'd be billed automatically to keep my full access membership going, no details given about the cost or whether I'll be billed monthly or yearly. Well I don't like that approach so I'll cancel thank you very much..

Not being able to cancel online is hugely irritating, no doubt the bean counters have sussed out they will make more money by people struggling to cancel their membership if cancellation gets more difficult. When I tried to cancel online I get a 1-855-EZ-GUITAR number to ring, my phone in the UK has numbers not letters.

I'll not be renewing again ever unless the policy changes back to online cancellation.
