Yeah. There was a guitar licks contest here a while back, any age competition. There were 20 contestants. In the end a 16 year old kid won. I couldnt believe how good he was. He beat 30 and 40 year old men who were tearing it up. I contacted him shortly after and he said that he has been playing for almost 3 years! i couldnt believe it. anyways, i guess with enough practice, that type of speed is reachable.
