I got a guitar for Christmas in 2009 and tried to teach myself and quickly gave up. I started again in late 2013 and made a little progress with no structure but enough to keep me interested. I started lessons in August 2014 since I felt I was "spinning my wheels" but had to leave due to work/family commitments and the music school not being very flexible. I learned a lot there, but I still need structure to continue on at my own at my pace.
This seems like the place to be. I''m trying the trial period to see if it works for me before I try in person lessons again.
