I don't wait till something is 100% perfect to move on. 80% is where I aim for. The time to achieve 100% after reaching an 80% proficiency can be quite long for some skills, sometimes longer than reaching the 80% mark. Move on to other skills you want to acquire. The other skills may indirectly help you move towards the 100% of the previous skill without you even knowing it. best of luck with your playing
