Ok so I've played guitar for six months now, i pick up things pretty fast in sense of theory, chords, scales etc and playing along in some easier songs/solos or copying stuff, but whats bugging me is Rhythm i dont use metronome too often (cus i don't feel comfy with it) and it gets messy when i try to count AND stomp while i play, it comes more naturally if i don't count and just follow the beat, but i need to learn counting so i don't guess whats coming next u know! its just killing me i don't know how to work with it! I don't wanna proceed in playing more advanced stuff without having a good rhythm feel

Have any tips / guides / instruction vids for this ?
