Don't hate me for this,but a buddy told me that if you don't want to/cant afford to buy macromedia's stuff,this is what you do:
Get the free trials.Burn them.Use the CD to install.Use them,and when they're near expiry,unbinstall and then reinstall again.It's like resetting the timer or something.
