If your connection or settings don't support rapid play of the lesson videos try resetting your video resolution. A lower resolution may boost the speed at which the videos load. Perhaps a change of the viewer being used might help too...new to old or old to new. Both resolution settings and viewer settings can be found directly below the videos' screen.

All that said, and in my recollection, buffering hasn't surfaced as an issue in a year or two. Sometimes there are internet node issues but that usually looks like a slow initial response from servers, not slow downloads/buffering. In any case, yours may be a problem specific to your gear and 'your' connections.

For tech help, click on the "Help" button found near the top right corner of every GT page. Then click the "Submit A Request" tab on the bar at the top. That's a much faster and specific way to get help with these kinds of problems. The folks that work that desk are great!!
