A classic design from '50s Britain. They are a bit heavy, but as a mostly home unit you don't have to move it much!

For beginners and home practice of relatively clean sounds, I've long recommended the late, lamented Pathfinder 15R. For a street price around $120, it gave you reverb, tremolo and a very good rendition of that AC15/AC30 sound at much lower volume.

But nothing wrong with going first class with a "senior" model Vox!
