Everybody has the same reaction - "how are all these fingers supposed to fit on here?" but you'll get there. The key is to make sure the 3rd finger on the b string curves enough to not hit the high e string. Also feel free to make the fingers diagonal with the index finger closer to the headstock than the 3rd finger is.
