Hey, I have this helpful video up on my site with free notation. It is a great way to learn the full range of notes starting with the open note then up to the 12th fret one string at a time.

Alot of my students are working out of method books which stay in first postision. This lesson opens up the majority of the fretboard and explaining the distance of 1/2 & whole steps in the musical alphabet.
