If you play in a band that has a PA system, you might consider 'losing' all those stompboxes for a while, and using a mic to feed your sound into the mixer. Your amp and speaker are major parts of your sound, and time-domain effects, like flange and delays, work best after the amp. Also, lush effects can really sidetrack you from working out how to set your amp for the best clean tone. I have no personal experience with Crate GFX series amps, so I can't help you there, but I wouldnt recommend looking at a different amp until you've put some effort into working with what you already have.
