Hi all, just started out on the guitar adventure, I was given a acoustic takamine guitar, but with some advise from a guitarist he suggested buying an electric to start off with as they are, in his words are much easier to learn on. I didn't mind paying around £300-£400 as my thinking is, I'll only be buying one guitar so I want it to last and be playable, i have seen a michael Kelly glory in a local music shop and it looks beautiful, it really stands out, the question is really are they a good guitar or is it that I'm being drawn to it by the looks and not how it plays.
