as far as I can tell I have next to no latency going into ProTools I have recorded audio track straight out of Pro Tools routed back in and they line up exactly.

as far as it being noticeable I never noticed it until I actually zoomed in and looked at it now that I know it's there I hear it but that could just be psychosomatic
