[FONT=Arial]Hello, everyone. This is newbie Bob, from Fernandina Beach, FL. I just joined and am starting out with Hotel California. I couldn't get sufficient fret access on my 12-string to play the intro due to the heel getting in my way at the 7th-9th fret area, so I'm back to the Strat with synth and VG-88 on "GR Lead" and "12-string" simultaneously dialed-in. I'm using a Roland US-20 to connect them in parallel, then the outs go to a Peavey Classic VT, Hartke 1155, and a practice amp for the stereo separation. I guess I was born complicated, but I'm having a great time with my first lesson, connected this way. :D
