They are three very different amps. With the Deluxe Reverb (an amp I am considering buying when I get the cash) you get a nice, fairly low wattage amp, that is designed to be able to be driven into overdrive to get a nice bluesy tube sound. The Twin, on the other hand, is a much bigger amp, with heaps of clean headroom, but it isn't very useful for getting that overdriven sound, and to get a decent distortion you definately need to go through some pedals. The Super Reverb is somewhere between the two, with 45 watts, and with a 4x10 cabinet which gives a different sound again. YOu could get this amp into overdrive, but at louder volume levels than the Deluxe Reverb. It really depends what kind of application you want to use the amp for. THe Deluxe Reverb is suited to being used in smaller areas (like at jams, or in your house) when you want to get a nice overdriven sound, whereas the Super Reverb is more suited to larger areas (biggish clubs) where you don't get miked through to the PA. If you want an amp that you can get a good, clean tone, no matter how big the club (well within reason), go the Twin. Of course, this is just from those three options. There's a whole world outside of Fender.
