guys I wonder if you can help advise me, I have done something to my thumb! yes,... and it kills when i try to play guitar, its when I put pressure on one part of it, it hits some thing like a nerve and really hurts!!! oooch. What can I do, is this caused by playing too much guitar i.e(12hrs a day). Has it ever happent to any of u guys. Is it repetitive strain injury or some thing.???? HELP!
