Well i had an opportunity last weekend to try before i buy.
I went to Florida with intencions to buy either
La Patrie collection
Cordoba c9
Sadly no one from orlando to miami had the collection in stock, sat down with the c9 and was impressed and comfortable, BUT, upon inspection the top front side had a crack about 11/2" long, and to to my luck that was the only one in stock, to add injury by that time guitar center was closing and my flight was early the nextmorning.
So i ended up returning home with my hand swinging, and tears in my eyes.
Heard so many good things about the la patrie, but would have loved to try it out. I really cannout count on youtube, its either thats how it really sounds or the couple demos cant play for S**T, yet on youtube the c9 sounds the same.
