I really want to like my Martin, tried all kinds of strings and picks. just dont like that loud, glassy, brassy high pitch noise from the GD&E strings.
I thought something was wrong with her so went back to sam ash tried 3 others, same thing, an for some reason the salesman had a strange look on his face. He an all played them, same crappy sound
