i had seen a you tube video ,on how to strecth before playin guitar.in the video the guy said when he was in music class i dont remember the school he went too,but that was the first thing they had to do was strectch fingers,arms ,and before you start to strecth your fingers always give ur fingers a good rub down to get the bloood flowin,i strecth my fingers evertime i pickup my guitar.good luck.
