Thanks for your post; yes, it is a semi-acoustic that you can plug into an Amp. Pictures on the net show it as a plain acoustic but Framus also sold it with an external electric console with three adjuster knobs and that's the model I've got. At the moment I'm having it restored, nothing serious, just adjustment on a few frets, and I need to do a repair on the Tailpiece then it's 'hot to trot'.
