The easy way to play this is to strike the strings on the 2 and 4, where you hear the snare drum (sound like a hand clap).

The chords are a very straightforward I, IV, V progression in the key of F maj, use barre chords. Play each chord for one measure, except the last one which is 2 beats of C and two beats of F.
