Hi I'm a newbie. I'm older there the other last newbie 58. I took lessons when I was 9 for a bit and the teacher beck then must had been old fashion. Needless to say I did not learn anything, at least that I can remember. Then I picked up the guitar again at about 40 but really did nothing. Now that I'm retired I want to learn very badly.
First thing I never learned how to read music, the bars and notes stuff. And I'm lost here already. I joined yesterday and got the beginner stuff but it really see where it goes into detail on reading it. Or is there something here on this site I missed. Any help would be great where to start. I have been through a lot of the beginner stuff and i'm jest lost. Thank you
