It's you. Part of the tip is to forget what you learned 3 times so that you'll learn it betterer. By now...you should have forgotten last week's tip of the week and are on step 2 of the lesson; you've forgotten it and you are learning it the second time. Oh wait, don't tell me you forgot that part of the tip too? Wow, you're good! :D
