first of all I like the websites, but in some cases it's a bit confusing. I really don't want to offend someone and hopefully you clearly understand my suggestions.
I don't like fancy pancy websites and love to have a clear navigation.
1. Sorting on the song lesson list
I know it's possible to use the tiny box on the upper left, but maybe it is better to have an ascending and descending button next of each table column.
2. music styles
What I expect on clicking on the music style button on the home site is a overview what I can do next. What I get is an introduction about the teachers and most popular lessons. What do think about the following:
- click on music style gives you another site with a button for the teacher, a button for songs, a button for the style lessons, artists, tipps & tricks, news and whatever fits to the music genre.
- by clicking on each button I'll get an overview of the particular lessons for the music style and the section i wanted
3. rework/rehear the songs and lessons
- Some of the songs fits the difficulty of the shown guitar next to the song, some not. It depends on the teacher and not on the other lessons you have.
- I would love to have a difference between the difficulty of the solo and the rythm part, e.g. the rythm section of "Electric Eye" by Judas Priest is fun to play and that difficult like the solo
- Example Little Wing: The rythm section depends a lot on the on the up and down strokes, anyway it would be very helpfull to have these notated. A lot of other rythms really depends on the direction of the strokes.
- I think the most of us uses a programm like Tuxguitar, GuitarTab or Guitar Pro. I know it's not possible to get the notation of the licensed songs but maybe for those free lessons? (Anyway maybe it will give you some extra credits or benefits of those companies or for your customers to have some specials ;)).
Hope I can point out my suggestions and my english wasn't that awfull.
Best regards
Tim
